FEB Distributing Company

FEB Distributing Company is the Mississippi Gulf Coast Miller Brewing and Heineken distributor. The facility incorporates a 40,000 sf warehouse, 12,000 sf drive thru truck loading area, 5,100 sf maintenance garage, 15,000 sf office building and 149,000 sf of concrete paving. From design to completion, the entire design build project lasted only 10 months.

REX Distributing Company

Rex Distributing is the Mississippi Gulf Coast Anheuser-Busch Distributor. Another design build project located in Gulfport's Industrial Park, Rex includes over 70,000 square feet including a 5,000 square foot maintenance garage.

Triton Systems

Located in Long Beach Industrial Park, Triton Systems is the 2nd largest ATM Manufacturer in the world. HGM was proud to design build over 80,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space. The project was completed in June, 1999.

INEX - Interior / Exterior Building Supply

Another design build project that utilizes Butler Manufacturing's expertise. INEX is a drywall and acoustical products supplier. Their new warehouse is 240' wide with no intermediate steel columns. Butler was able to design a structure within budget that spans the entire 240 feet. Not shown is a rail spur that HGM installed with the building.

Future Pipe Industries

Future Pipe is a leading designer and manufacturer of high performance, anti-corrosive pipe systems for municipal, petrochemical and industrial markets. FPI began operations in 1973, and over the course of 27 years has evolved into a leading provider of fiberglass and thermoplastic pipe systems and technologies.

FPI has located the new plant on a 25-acre site in Bernard Bayou Industrial Park in Gulfport, where it will eventually employ 300 workers. The facility should be fully operational within five years.

Allen Beverages, Gulfport, MS

HGM build the original facility for Allen Beverages, the local Pepsi Cola distributor in South Mississippi, in 1986. Nearly twenty years later, HGM was contracted to build a major 11,750 square foot design-build expansion to the facility. Also added was additional warehousing, a new truck repair shop and new concrete paved areas.
